One World, One Love, One Future


Today, I stand before the camera, but this photograph is not about me.

It is about every child who has fallen asleep to the sound of explosions.

It is about every mother who has waited for a son who will never return.

It is about every father searching through rubble where a home once stood.

It is about humanity.

As I look at the world today, I cannot understand how we have become so comfortable with war. We celebrate technology, intelligence, progress, and civilization, yet we continue to destroy the very thing that makes us human: compassion.

This message is addressed to those who hold immense power.

Prime Minister Netanyahu.

President Trump.

President Putin.

President Xi Jinping.

And every leader, military commander, and decision-maker whose choices affect millions of lives.

History will remember victories and defeats. It will remember borders gained and territories lost. But long after political speeches are forgotten, humanity will remember the children who suffered, the families who grieved, and the innocent lives caught in conflicts they never chose.

Human beings were not meant for war.

We were meant to build.

To create.

To love.

To raise families.

To share stories.

To dream of tomorrow.

No child enters this world hating another child because of nationality, religion, language, or flag. Those divisions are taught. Humanity is natural.

Today, I ask something that may sound simple, yet it is perhaps the hardest thing for powerful people to do:

Say the words, "We are sorry."

Sorry for the lives lost.

Sorry for the pain.

Sorry for the fear.

Sorry for the generations growing up with trauma instead of hope.

An apology is not weakness. It is courage. It is the beginning of healing.

The people of Gaza deserve peace.

The people of Ukraine deserve peace.

The people of Israel deserve peace.

The people of Russia deserve peace.

The people of every nation deserve peace.

No mother should have to identify her child in a hospital.

No father should have to bury his daughter because adults could not find another way.

No family should live under rockets, bombs, sirens, or fear.

Enough.

The world does not need more weapons.

The world does not need more destruction.

The world needs leaders brave enough to choose humanity over pride.

If there is even one chance for dialogue, choose dialogue.

If there is even one chance for reconciliation, choose reconciliation.

If there is even one chance to save a life, choose life.

The greatest victory is not defeating an enemy.

The greatest victory is ending the need for enemies at all.

When future generations look back at this moment, may they not ask why we continued the fighting.

May they say that humanity finally remembered who it was.

One world.

One love.

One future.

And that future must begin now.

उत्तर:- बिल्कुल नहीं। आपको एक दिन छोड़कर अगले दिन  रन करना चाहिए। जब आप रन करते है तब आपकी बॉडी पर आपकी बॉडी वेट का तीन गुना रिवर्स फ़ोर्स आता है।और जब आप तेज रन करते हो तो यह 5 से 15 गुना तक हो जाता है, आपकी मसल्स, लिगामेंट्स और टेंडन्स एकदम से इतना लोड लेने के लिए तैयार नही रहते हैं। आपको मसल्स, लिगामेंट्स और टेंडन्स के लिए रिकवरी के लिए 48 घंटे का समय देना अनिवार्य है इसलिए आपको शुरू में  एक दिन छोड़कर रन करना चाहिए ।  आपको कम से कम दो से तीन माह तक एक दिन छोड़कर स्लो रनिंग करके पहले अपना बेस मजबूत करना चाहिए।  स्लो रनिंग का मतलब है उस स्पीड में रन करना जिसमें आप फुल सेंटेंस के आराम से बात कर लें। यह व्यतिगत है सभी के लिये अलग है। pace पर धयान न दे ,stop watch में सिर्फ समय देखे और अपने शरीर के दर्द को महसूस करे ,सांसो पर धयान दे तेज आ रही या धीरे , Meditative Run मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ के लिये सबसे बेहतर होती है ,पेट की तरफ भी ध्यान न दे इसके अलावा बॉडी की रिकवरी अच्छे से करना चाहिए। उसके लिए जरूरी है कि आप अच्छे से नींद लें। पोष्टिक भोजन ,फल फ्रूट्स ...

  Jump from 5 ft high wall is not easy for me at my age 43 , i have to be flexible and loose weight ,  पैरो की हड्डियों को मजबुत करने के लिये रस्सी कूदना , दंड बैठक लगाना छे महीने पहले शरू किया , चना गुड़ खाता रहता हु , फिर एक दिसंबर 2021 को हिम्मत कर के कूद गया , हाथ में चोट आयी लेकिन पैरो को कुछ नहीं हुआ , अच्छा लगा , अब में हाथ में ग्लव्स पहन कर कूदता हु , लेकिन उसकी जरुरत नहीं पड़ती , क्योकि बराबर लैंड करने लगा हु  , बीस साल बाद पांच फिट उचाई से कूदा

आज 5 से कम की Pace से 3.69 Km की दौड 18 मिनिट 19 सेकंड में पुरी की

 आज 4.58 की Pace से 3.69 Km की दौड 18 मिनिट 19 सेकंड में पुरी की , हलाकि ऐसा करने से कोई पदक नहीं जीता लेकिन , 45 की उम्र में इस पेस से दौड़ना बस सपने में ही सोचता था , दुसरो को दौड़ते देखता तो यही सोचता कैसे कर लेते है , मेरे तो पेट में ही दर्द हो जाता है , या सांसे 500 मीटर में ही फूल जाती है।  फिर मैंने youtube पर वीडियो देख कर जाना की पेट की ज्यादा कसरत करनी होगी पेट को सख्त बनाना होगा तभी पेट का दर्द कम होगा , कुछ तो में करता ही था , लेकिन अब और करने लगा , रात में ऑफिस से घर पहुँच कर भी यदि संभव होता तो कर लेता , और साथ में दंड बैठक कुछ सपोर्ट पकड़ कर 50 तक 5 सेट में पंजो पर ज्यादा जोर देकर कर लेता इससे पैर की thighs मसल्स और लगभग पैरो की सारी मसल्स मजबुत हो जाती है और पेट पर भी इसका सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है।  निष्कर्ष यही है abs की ज्यादा एक्सरसाइज की जाये , जो न हो पाए उन्हें धीरे या कम ,अपने हिसाब से करने कोशिश करे ,कमर में दर्द आ सकता है , लेकिन यह ठीक हो जाता है एक दें के गैप से या जिस कसरत से दर्द हो उसे धीरे धीरे करे। जिससे पेट में बल पड़ता है वही कसरत से ज्यादा फ...

The keys to minimizing the risk of injury are regularity of natural movement and moderation :) i dont run every day, but I exercise for at least 1 hour for 3 days a week, so that I can do whatever I want without getting injured :) as you grow older, you naturally get weaker, and the only way to avoid getting weaker is regular, moderate exercise of basic faculties like strength and mobility. In my opinion, the best exercise for overall health and fitness depends on the physical and mental state of that day can be walk, cycling, running, stretching, push-ups, pull ups, dance or trying any new or old sports which not done past for long time helps syncing body with brain and evolve positive cells, participating in sports event for fun - it can be as easy or difficult as you make it, and can help you to strengthen parts of your body that are inherently weak. Cycling 30 Km and 10 Km Run 24 April 2022

 इस रविवार भी में साईकल चला पाया और दस KM दौड पाया , में अपने आप को बहुत किस्मत वाला मानता हु इस व्यस्त और competition वाले जीवन में अपने आप के लिये इतना लंबा समय निकल पाता हु।मेरा एक भी मित्र लगातार ऐसा नहीं कर पाते।ईश्वर करे उन्हें भी शक्ति मिले और वो भी अपने शरीर को प्राकृतिक तरीके से मरम्मत करने का समय दे पाये।  साईकल के गियर थोड़े ख़राब हो गये थे इसलिये एक ही गियर पर चलाने का विचार था , गियर साईकल की सबसे बड़ी समस्या यही है वो बिगड़ जाये तो बहुत मुश्किल से सही हो पाती है।  सुबह चार बजे नींद खुल गयी थी ,लहसुन शहद खाने के बाद 45 मिनट meditation किया फिर सुबह 6 बजे साईकल से 13 Km का सफर 40 मिनट में पूरा कर के वनविहार पहुँच गया।    कुछ देर रुकने के बाद 10 KM की दौड 59 मिनिट में ख़त्म की  दौड के बाद एलेक्ट्रल नींबु पानी पिया , खाये और 17 Km का सफर 55 मिनिट में पूरा किया बिच में आनंद से समोसे खरीद कर अपने सर और घर पर दिये।    आज भी मजा आया।
