What is the start time of 5 Km Run

 For 5 Km run morning is the best between  6:30 to 7:00 AM is good in summer and in winter 7:30 to 8:00 AM in India , mostly it depends on temperature 20 to 30 degree celcius is good for run a fast runner will complete 5 Km in 30 minutes , on the other hand working professional who run for cardio purpose will complete in 30 to 40 minutes , it doesn't matter how fast or slow we do , rather how we feel or able to do meditative run , means focusing on inhale,exhale ,pain in body, if able to concentrate on body certainly that will be entertaining and most productive run . We must rust fast and slow as body suggest , the objective is to sweat and feel good
