Again Completed Dulathon 27 Km Cycling , 10 Km Running 10 Apr 2022 Sunday

 Sunday is the only day to practice more , make memorable with running and cycling , so early wake-up prepared for cycling 

1. Completed Cycling 13 Km in 53 minutes, feeling little week so did easy 


 


Reached van vihar at 8 AM , it was hot weather started running at 8:19 AM  completed 10 Km in 1 hr 6 minutes.


After run eat banana, drink electral water , few minutes of rest started cycling and was back to home completed 15 Km in 50 minutes
