 This event was organised by blockchain company 5ire , started on 6:15 AM near sair sapata with Zumba dance than total 10 Km Cycling to Polytechnique Sqr and back

followed with song of famous Rapor , refteshment , a very nice water bottle and T-Shirt

आजकल सुबह जल्दी नहीं उठ पता , तेज दौडने से शायद थकन ज्यादा रहती है , सुबह 6:25 पर साइकिलिंग शरू की 13 Km 46 मिनिट में पूरा किया , वनविहार में टिकिट के लिये भीड़ ज्यादा थी फिर 7:34 पर दौड शरू की धुप तेज हो रही थी, और तेज धुप में तेज दौड़ना मुश्किल होता है , 5 Km तो 27 मिनिट में कर लिया लेकिन लौटते वक़्त धुप के कारण थकान ज्यादा हो रही थी तो 6 से 6:20 का पेस था और 10 Km की दौड 59 मिनिट में की।  एक घंटे में 10 Km करने से मुझे ज्यादा ताकत लगनी पड़ती है और लगातार नहीं दौड पाता पेट और पैर में दर्द हो हो जाता है सांसे भी फुल जाती है इसलिए बीच में पैदल चल कर recover कर लेता हु। ऐसा करने से दौड को ज्यादा enjoy कर पाता हु और अच्छा लागता है।  लगातार धीरे धीरे अकेले दौड़ने से उतना आनंद नहीं आता कोई साथ हो तो ठीक है। तेज दौड़ने से पर ध्यान शरीर पर रहता है और quantum या meditative रनिंग हो पाती है। 10 Km की दौड 59 मिनिट में की और 19 Km की साइकिलिंग एक घंटे में कर के घर पहुँचा , राजू टी स्टाल से ब्रेड पकोड़े ले लिए थे। कोई दोस्त नहीं मिल पाया इसलिए सीधे घर पर ही आ गया।  दो से तीन घंटे का आराम ...

प्रश्न :- मैं नया रनर हूँ, अभी कुछ दिन पहले ही मैंने दौड़ना शुरू किया है। क्या मुझे प्रतिदिन रनिंग करना चाहिए?

उत्तर:- बिल्कुल नहीं। आपको एक दिन छोड़कर अगले दिन  रन करना चाहिए। जब आप रन करते है तब आपकी बॉडी पर आपकी बॉडी वेट का तीन गुना रिवर्स फ़ोर्स आता है।और जब आप तेज रन करते हो तो यह 5 से 15 गुना तक हो जाता है, आपकी मसल्स, लिगामेंट्स और टेंडन्स एकदम से इतना लोड लेने के लिए तैयार नही रहते हैं। आपको मसल्स, लिगामेंट्स और टेंडन्स के लिए रिकवरी के लिए 48 घंटे का समय देना अनिवार्य है इसलिए आपको शुरू में  एक दिन छोड़कर रन करना चाहिए ।  आपको कम से कम दो से तीन माह तक एक दिन छोड़कर स्लो रनिंग करके पहले अपना बेस मजबूत करना चाहिए।  स्लो रनिंग का मतलब है उस स्पीड में रन करना जिसमें आप फुल सेंटेंस के आराम से बात कर लें। यह व्यतिगत है सभी के लिये अलग है। pace पर धयान न दे ,stop watch में सिर्फ समय देखे और अपने शरीर के दर्द को महसूस करे ,सांसो पर धयान दे तेज आ रही या धीरे , Meditative Run मानसिक और शारीरिक स्वास्थ के लिये सबसे बेहतर होती है ,पेट की तरफ भी ध्यान न दे इसके अलावा बॉडी की रिकवरी अच्छे से करना चाहिए। उसके लिए जरूरी है कि आप अच्छे से नींद लें। पोष्टिक भोजन ,फल फ्रूट्स ...

Fitness Challenge : फिटनेस के लिए 180 ने लिया आयरनमैन चैलेंज, तेज़ बारिश के बावजूद 30 दिन में 221 किमी दौड़े, 751 किमी साइकिल चलाई

इंदौर शहर के 180 सायक्लिस्ट और रनर ने 2020  बीते पूरे महीने एक कठिन चुनौती पूरी की। उन्होंने आयरनमैन चैलेंज लिया और 30 दिन में उसे पूरा भी किया। आयरनमैन चैलेंज महीने भर को एक्टिविटी होती है और इसमें व सायक्लिंग करना होती है। हर पार्टिसिपेंट ने एक एप के जरिए अपनी एक्टिविटी का रिकॉर्ड भेजा। एक दिन में दो एक्टिविटी मान्य होती है, जिसमें मनिमम इक्लिंग मिनिमम 10 किमी होना चाहिए। 30 दिन में कम से कम 20 बार एक्टिविटी अनिवार्य है। लगातार 4 दिन इनेक्टिव चैलेंज से बाहर हो जाते हैं। रनिंग में 9 मिनट प्रति किमी के औसत से ज्यादा स्पीड होने पर एक्टिविटी काउंट नहीं होती।

Route of half marathon depends very much on city of running , for Bhopal its hilly for few Kilometer running is diffucult if not practice on elevation , have to run on road .  Shimla , Pachmari marathon is very tough , running on hilly and uneven surface is very much tough after 10 Km Run  Normally route is curve ,oval never straight , distance between starting and end point is mostly same or less than 5 Km Never run marathon with new shoes in any condition
