I-Runman Second week 22 May 2022 , 127 Km Cycling and 44 Km Running
Today completed the second week of I-Runman event from 10 May 2022 to 22 May 2022, The objective of this event is consistency and regularity with five days of activity in a week and a minimum of 10 Km Cycling and 3 Km Run in one go.
I had done a total of 127 Km Cycling and 44 Km Running as of now and taking one extra leave, I was so exhausted due, running and cycling are a little difficult.
But i think this is the best combination and will benefit me.
Sunday as usual i do 10 Km Running and 28 Km Cycling, This help me to have positive mind set, prepare to learn new and of course stay away from medicine
