Run 2.89 Km in 14.37 minute Pace 5:03 per Kilometer

 It seems very much impossible when i started running in 2017 even till jan -22 it was just a thought to run at constant pace of 5 . Well it doesn't matter at what pace anyone is running  , most important is how one feel after running also not consuming steroids for physical activity, i never suggest anyone to run at greater pace .

But as of now for me i am running from past 5 years always need change, improvement to feel better , so was trying to run at greater pace. While running faster stomach pain, breathing is very common problem . Search on youtube regarding this and found that , if abs exercise is done more to reduce fat as well as making abs muscles hard will help.

I follow the same , but doing more types of abs exercise cause back pain also , so those exercise causing back pack reduce intensity and sets and this help me very much.
