How i feel after completing 190 Minutes 26 Km Run at Indore , by Indore Super Charger 21 Nov 2021
So on 21 Nov 2021 i had usual breakfast and home made lunch , lodge train at 5 PM , had lunch of chapatis and egg burchi, reached indore at 9.20 PM , already book Chanakya hotel on MMT @ Rs 900/- , since the check out time was 11 AM , and i knew need rest for atleast 2 hrs so discussed with hotel staff for additional 2 hrs they agreed , i had collected my BIB and T-Shirt with help of my freind
Gone to sleep after bath till 10.30 PM , wake up at 4 AM , eat nuts,kismis, badam, one banana , drink electrol & lemon water , prepare one ltr bottle ,with fruits , thumsup carry in bag for my run support, reach DAVV Synthetic ground by 5.45 AM ,started run at 6.00 AM , weather was cool, still run was difficult as it was circular , so got focus on time every 15 to 30 min,
After 2 hrs run ,shoes become uncomfotable , i was wearing campus shoes which i bought @Rs 1400, so run was harder after that , but any how with electrol lime water , refreshrement by organiser , walking in between for 3 to 4 minutes after 20 min run i completed my 190 minutes run total 26 KM.
After this i had some breakfast of fruits , after bath
with little rest had my lunch , did not sleep more as it dont help me
rather carry my electrolyte lime water , col-drink , drink whenever feel
sleepy or had food to eat helps more
Conclusion : Running more than 10 km is not necessary in daily life rather 2 km run on alternate days with more exercise help, Participating marathon is good for mental health but with naturally available food and drinks , Target for run should be meditation i.e. observing pain how it come and go, timing and pace and how much we run are immaterial as i started run just for good physical and mental health and produce happiness hormone without addiction , Meditative run with smile , love ,satisfaction is the achievement.
