Vigorous Exercise or workout, run with sweats Could Add Years to Your Life, Study Suggests

 

150 minutes of vigorous activity a week , means 3 days with one hour morning or evening workout on alternate days in a week, seemed to give the largest advantages in terms of health. 

But once the body is addicted for workout , it happens almost all days because exercise helps to creates new cells with positive energy. 

Vigorous” can be categorized as “at least 10 minutes workout, run that cause heavy sweating or large increases in breathing or heart rate.” For beginners at the age of 40 seems to be impossible but with little continuity of long walk for a month and slowly moving too fast walk than slow running for while walking for example 100 steps walk and 30 steps run , focusing on breath helps sweating  

According to a study in JAMA Internal Medicine.

In general, those who had a higher proportion of vigorous physical activity to total amount of exercise showed a lower risk of early death from all causes.

That means they were more likely to live longer than those who didn’t have more intense exercise in their routines.

In general, vigorous activity simply yields larger improvement than moderate activity in areas like cardio respiratory fitness and functional capacity,” . “There have been other studies showing that this level of activity produces a greater improvement in oxygen consumption, blood pressure, and body composition.”

 

All of those advantages can lead to lower prevalence of chronic disease that might raise early mortality risk,

Does that mean you need to go full-out all the time and ditch steady-state cardio workouts, like running? Not at all, but as I told walk and run mix , increasing the heart rate lowering when needed helps and make workout enjoyable. No need to to monitor it with electronic gadgets , rather focus on breathing , heart rate helps meditate while running making it more fruitful, also carry water, electrolyte in case feeling dizzy or needed drink ,

When done consistently, this is a great thing for the long-term as the body learns to adapt to the higher stress placed on it .

Workout must be done for mental, physical fitness and happiness as a goal  rather preparing for any competition
