I was very much use to take desprin as pain killer , and when pain happens two was minimum sometimes I had to take 4 to six desprin.
I concluded main reason was improper timing of food and negative thinking,
To intake timely food I started walking since running
was difficult , after work in evening I use to walk for an hour or more with
rest in between, this help me good sleep at night , before going to bed listen
positive affirmation on you-tube which magically transforms my negative thoughts
to positive , I accepted whatever I am and promise myself will do better than
yesterday , so morning I wakeup early with positive note and slowly switch my
walking to cycling, running, strength exercise, this help me taking timely heavy
fruits breakfast I take 3 fruits minimum.
