Runners Healthy Diet and Routine

 


1. Wake up early morning between 5 to 6 AM, 

    a) Drink Water, eat Jaggery (गुड़), Garlic (लहसुन) , Honey (शहद)

 b) Go to washroom, 

 c) Eat little Groundnut, kismis, Nuts (बादाम), seasonal Gooseberry (आंवला)

 d) Do 15 minutes meditation, listen 10 min Positive Affirmation

 d) Go for exercise , running, walking alteast for 30 to 60 min

2. After coming from excercise , take some rest eat seasonal fruits as per need at least of 3 types 








3. After Noon Lunch

 More salad ,Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, Carrot, wetted mungfalli,Hari moong dal, kala chana with dalrice and vegetable







4. Before evening dinner take some fruit juice like coconut water, mosambi juice than less meals in dinner, 

5. Prepare for sleep do not watch Television, News , or any social media, lisen positive affirmations before sleep, say to yourself everything will be fine
